• All activity and generations initiated under your account
• Tracking your subscription status and usage limits

AI-Generated Content and Intellectual Property

Our Platform: The FlashEdit AI brand, codebase, models, documentation, and design assets remain the property of FlashEdit AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Generated Content: You own the final assets (images, videos, audio) generated for your account. We may use aggregated or anonymized generation data to calibrate, test, and improve the FlashEdit AI models and safety systems.

Your Inputs: You keep all rights to the prompts, reference imagery, and assets you submit, and you confirm you have permission to use and upload them.

Permitted Use and Restrictions

Permitted Use: You may apply FlashEdit AI outputs for personal, commercial, or client projects, subject to any license limitations in these Terms or applicable law.

Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:

• Resell, sublicense, or reverse engineer the FlashEdit AI models, code, or platform
• Share your login with others or allow unauthorized parties to access your account
• Use FlashEdit AI to violate laws, infringe on others' rights, or distribute harmful content (including deepfakes or non-consensual content)
• Attempt to probe, breach, or disrupt the security of FlashEdit AI or its infrastructure
• Upload assets or prompts that you do not have the right to use
• Circumvent usage limits, subscription tiers, or safety filters

Subscription and Payment Terms

Subscription Model: FlashEdit AI operates on a subscription-only basis. Access to generation features requires an active recurring subscription plan (e.g., Monthly or Yearly).

• Recurring Billing: By starting a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until you cancel.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time.

Refund Policy

We offer a limited refund policy for new subscriptions to ensure customer satisfaction while preventing abuse.

• Eligibility Window: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
• Condition of Refund: Refunds are only available if zero (0) generation credits or features have been used during the subscription period. If you have generated any content (images, videos, audio), you are not eligible for a refund.

  2. A brief reason for the refund request.
• Processing Time: We will review your request within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Design Accuracy and Professional Consultation

FlashEdit AI generates conceptual visuals and creative drafts. Implementation choices, production details, legal review, and compliance with industry standards remain your responsibility. Consult qualified professionals before executing visuals for:

• Regulated industries, accessibility requirements, or legal disclosures
• Manufacturing specs, packaging constraints, or safety labeling
• Brand guidelines, talent releases, or intellectual property clearances
• Large-scale campaigns where accuracy, compliance, or localization is critical

Data Usage and Privacy

FlashEdit AI processes data in line with our Privacy Policy. By using the studio you consent to the collection, processing, and retention practices outlined in that policy.

Service Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of FlashEdit AI at any time. Feature access, plan tiers, or limits may change, and continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated service.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, without notice, if we believe:

• You failed to pay applicable fees or disputed valid charges

• Claims related to brand safety, likeness rights, or third-party usage approvals
• Losses stemming from reliance on generated content or implementation decisions
• Aggregate liability in excess of the amount you paid for the service during the prior 12 months

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Disclaimers

• Generated content may require editing, approvals, or adaptation before public release
• We do not promise compliance with local regulations, brand guidelines, or content policies
• Costs, production timelines, and campaign performance can differ from expectations
• Any third-party references, templates, or sample prompts are provided "as is"

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FlashEdit AI, its affiliates, team members, and partners harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your content, your use of FlashEdit AI, or violations of these Terms.

Changes to Terms
